Don't Get Bugged!

THE BIBLE COVENANT UNDERSTANDING OF MONEY

In this world, money represents power. Natural, unsaved men will do anything to have it, but in these last days, God is out to prove that it is more profitable to serve Him. The greatest endeavour you could engage in at this hour is service to God.

A. Money is the target and life dream of the unsaved man, but God blesses those who serve Him: -
1. Wisdom and money are a defense, keeping you from the harassments of life (Ecclesiastes 7: 12).
2. Money is the unrighteous mammon that men seek (Luke 16:9).
3. God knows all your needs and has a struggle-free plan to meet them; however, you can't serve Him and money (Matthew 6:32, 24).
4. When you serve God, He distinguishes you as a jewel - His special treasure (Malachi 3:17).

B. If you serve God, money will serve you: -
1. When God is your Supplier, the whole world will envy you.
2. The blessing of the Lord will make you rich (Proverbs 10:22).

C. Renew your mind with these money truths: -
1. Money is not the root of all evil (1 Timothy 6:10); the love of it (a wrong relationship with it)
2. Don't deny your need for money; it answers all (Eccl. 10:19).
3. Money is crying out for you; you must cry out to God and call your money in (James 5:1-5).
a. The battle cry for the laborers is, "Money cometh to me!"
b. Money will eventually find its way into your righteous hands (Proverbs 13:22)!
4. Money gives you a voice (Ecclesiastes 9:14-16).
5. There's only one way to get money in God's kingdom-that is to give it (money) away.
a. Holding on to your money only leads to lack (Pro.11:24).
6. When you give money, you're not helping God.
a. He owns the earth and everything in it (Proverbs 24:1).
7. Poverty is not a sign of righteousness.
8. Lack of any kind is a curse, so don't tolerate it! Christ has redeemed you from it (Galatians 3:13-14).
